Shipping Terms & Conditions

Your diamond or ring will arrive in a nondescript box via FedEx/UPS/DHL fully insured shipping - with adult signature required.

Standard shipping cost: USD 14.99
Free standard shipping over: USD 299

  • Most of our items are Made-to-Order and take approximately two-three (2-3) weeks to create and then ship to you.
  • You will be provided an ESTIMATED Shipping Date. To find the Estimated Shipping Date, check the product page, shopping bag, checkout page, and your order receipt email. Most orders ship on or before the Estimated Shipping Date, while some orders may ship shortly after, depending on manufacturing times and quality control.
  • Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number will be sent to you.

Am I able to return a Custom item?

There are NO returns on Luminacraft's Customized Jewelry. All Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece in the event that you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be voided immediatelyin the event that user damage is detected (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.). Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, a $99 USD Repair Fee will be charged for all future repairable product issues. Free 45-Day Resizing

We offer a complimentary ring resizing service for 45 days from the moment your ring is ready for shipment or pickup. The postage is at your own expense when mailing to us, then we will modify the size and ship it back to you at free of charge. This policy applies to rings in all our lab-grown diamond ring product categories. 

How to Resize:

Resize your ring is easy and free! Just follow the steps below:

  • Contact us at Lumina_craft@outlook.com and describe your needs. We will do our best to assist with resizing.
  • Confirm the requst of resizing, we will offer you a return form.
  • Fill out the Return Form included in your package.
  • Securely pack your item(s) along with your Return Form.
  • Attach the prepaid UPS shipping label to the outside of your package.
  • Drop off your return at any UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet, or UPS Customer Center. Return shipping is on us — you won’t be charged.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

What should I do if I received a damaged item?

In the rare occurrence that an item was damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care center at email Lumina_craft@outlook.com for an exchange.

We ask for your patience in allowing us 7-10 business days to process your return request. Once your return is received and passes inspection, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please contact your card issuer for details on the refund process.

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our Customer Care team immediately at email Lumina_craft@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue.
