We'll confirm every detail of the diamond with you via email, and we won't ship until you're satisfied with every detail.

• Select your preferred carat size (e.g., 1.0 ct, 2.0 ct, 3.0 ct). Please notice that the actual diamond you received will be larger than your picked carat with difference within 0.1 ct.
• Select your desired color (e.g.,D,E,F).
• Select your desired clarity grade (e.g., VVS2, VS1, VS2).

Step 2: Make an Order

• Enter your shipping and payment information to place your order.

Step 3: Receive Confirmation Email (Instant)

• You will immediately receive an automated email confirming that your order and payment have been received successfully. This is your order receipt.

Step 4: We Contact You to Confirm Details (Within 2 Working Days)

• Gemological team reviews your order. Within 2 working days, we will email you to confirm the specific diamond details (like a certificate or exact dimensions) before moving forward with shipping or setting. This ensures complete accuracy and satisfaction.
